Comments on the NPRM
The comment period for the PSO proposed regulation ended April 14, 2008.

All comments received through the eRulemaking Portal, mail, and hand delivery/courier
are available for public inspection at the AHRQ Information Resources Center,
which is located at 540 Gaither Road, Rockville, MD 20850. The Information
Resources Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
on Federal business days (Monday through Friday).
Please note that in making comments publicly available, received either
through the electronic portal (Regulations.gov) or in hard copy form at AHRQ,
we will reserve the right to redact the following types of information from
the comments before public release:
- Libelous statements
- Foul or offensive language
- Personal health information
- Information regarding specific institutional providers or clinicians
- Name and contact information for individual submissions—not those
from organizations or their agents—that are received in hard copy
format at AHRQ
